Why We Do Not Offer Refunds

Our services involve the allocation of development time, technical resources, software setup, planning, design, and other work that may begin immediately after an order or payment is received.

Because these services are digital and may involve work performed specifically for a customer, payments cannot be reversed once the service process has begun.

Customer Responsibility Before Purchase

Customers are responsible for reviewing the details, features, limitations, and pricing of a service before making payment.

Cancellation

You may request to cancel future services or work that has not yet been agreed or started, where applicable. However, cancellation does not automatically create a right to a refund for payments already made.
