You are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, product details, pricing, legal information, and other materials required for your website.

You are responsible for reviewing your website and ensuring that its content, products, services, pricing, policies, and business activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Delays caused by missing information, delayed responses, or incomplete materials provided by the customer may affect project timelines.

3. Third-Party Software and Services

Websites may rely on WordPress, WooCommerce, plugins, themes, hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, and other third-party services.

OxyWebs does not control these third parties and cannot guarantee their continued availability, compatibility, pricing, updates, functionality, or security.

Third-party services may change, discontinue, introduce charges, or modify their terms at any time.

4. Website Performance and Results

While we aim to provide high-quality ecommerce websites, OxyWebs does not guarantee specific business results, sales, traffic, search engine rankings, conversions, revenue, profits, or uninterrupted website availability.

Website performance may depend on hosting, internet connectivity, third-party services, customer content, marketing, product quality, pricing, and other factors outside our control.

5. Payments and No Refunds

All payments made to OxyWebs are final and non-refundable.

Our services involve digital work, development time, software configuration, design, technical setup, and other resources that begin before or during service delivery. Therefore, once a payment is made, no full or partial refund will be provided for any reason, except where required by applicable law.

Customers are encouraged to review the service details and contact us with questions before making a purchase.

6. Ownership and Access

Upon completion and subject to full payment, the customer may receive the agreed access and deliverables for their website.

Third-party software, themes, plugins, licenses, stock assets, and services remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

OxyWebs may retain the right to use general, non-confidential aspects of completed work for portfolio, demonstration, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OxyWebs shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or business-related losses, including loss of sales, profits, data, customers, reputation, or business opportunities.

OxyWebs is not responsible for losses caused by third-party providers, hosting failures, plugin conflicts, security incidents outside our reasonable control, customer actions, unauthorized access, or changes made by the customer or third parties.

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
